The work

Before and after.

Two jobs, photographed the day we did them. No filters, no staging.

Bay window · hard-water spotting

Bay window before cleaning, upper panes clouded with hard-water spotting
Before
The same bay window after cleaning, glass completely clear
After

Sprinkler spray had frosted the upper panes until the garden behind them was a rumor. That "after" is the photo at the top of this page.

Rooftop solar array · a season of dust

Rooftop solar panels caked in dust and pollen streaks
Before
The same solar array after cleaning, panels reflecting the sky
After

Same roof, same afternoon. The panels on the left had gone a full dry season without rain.

On the job

Homes, panels and storefronts around the South Bay.

Detail work

Eight seconds of the boring part.

No music, no time-lapse. This is the frame-and-edge pass on a patio slider — the part that decides whether the glass still looks clean at four in the afternoon, when the low sun finds every streak somebody left behind.

Five stars, in their words.

My elderly dad likes looking out his dining room into the garden. The windows to his 2 story house has never been professionally clean and I thought it was time.

“No pane No Gain” was recommended to me and after talking to them, I decided to give them a try.

And OMG! These guys are so meticulous and thorough. They removed all the screens, cleaned them and cleaned the windows until they looked transparent. They were at the job from 10:30 to 6 pm. I was thinking… it looks good, go home. The reason they worked so long was because the windows were in bad shape, lots of rain spots. They polished off all the rain spots.

I would highly recommend this company. The price was great too. They have different packages, depending on what you want done. I am one happy customer. My dad loves looking out the window even more now

I recently hired this company to clean my store’s windows and doors, which hadn’t been cleaned in over a year. The 2 young men who arrived did an incredible job, everything is now sparkling clean from top to bottom, both inside and outside!

I was especially impressed by how thoughtful they were with their process. They prioritized the interior first so they could be finished before my customers started arriving at 11am. It made the whole experience seamless and stress free.

I had a wonderful experience and highly recommend their services to anyone looking for professional window cleaning for their home or business!

Highly recommend these guys to “detail” your windows. If you wear corrective lenses, you might recall the first time you put on glasses to correct your near sightedness. Like WOW!

Solar panel division

Grime costs you kilowatts.

Dust, pollen and road film sit on the glass and block the light your panels are there to catch. In the South Bay — dry summers, heavy spring pollen, no real rain for months — that layer builds up fast. Panels should be washed once or twice a year to keep them earning.

  • Deionized, spot-free rinse — no drying marks
  • Soft brushes only, never a pressure washer
  • Nothing abrasive and nothing that voids your warranty
  • A free quote before anyone goes up on the roof

These guys are nice and very professional. They are honest and friendly. My solar panels looks brand new after they cleaned it.

Common questions

Things people ask before booking.

How much will my job cost?
We quote after a walkthrough rather than over the phone, because glass count, height and access vary so much from house to house. The visit takes about ten minutes, the estimate is free, and the number you get is fixed in writing before we start. No deposit.
Do you clean the screens and tracks, or just the glass?
Screens come out and get washed separately, and the tracks, sills and frames get cleaned too. It's the part most people notice afterwards, and it's included rather than an add-on.
Can you reach second and third floor windows?
Yes. We use a water-fed pole with purified water, which reaches upper floors from the ground — no ladder leaning against your siding, which is safer for our crew and gentler on your house.
Will cleaning damage my solar panels?
No. We use soft brushes and a deionized, spot-free rinse — never a pressure washer, nothing abrasive, and nothing that voids your panel warranty.
How often should solar panels be cleaned?
Once or twice a year for most South Bay homes. Dry summers, heavy spring pollen and months without rain let a film build up on the glass that blocks the light your panels are there to catch.
Can you work outside our business hours?
Yes — early mornings, evenings and weekends for commercial customers, so your glass is done before your first customer walks in. One of our reviewers had their store finished before opening at 11am.
Which areas do you cover?
San Jose, Palo Alto, Los Gatos, Saratoga, Cupertino, Campbell, Santa Clara, Mountain View, Sunnyvale, Los Altos and Milpitas. Just outside that? Call anyway — if we're working nearby that week we'll usually make it work.
Are you insured, and do you offer any discounts?
We're fully insured and locally owned. New customers get a discount on their first clean, and if you refer a friend you both save. Commercial accounts get a discount on their first visit.
